The October general meeting for the Orange County chapter of NWPC will feature Letitia Clark George who will discuss the Affordable Care Act’s Impact on Women and Children.

We will learn more information about the background of the ACA, how women and children were considered in the provisions, the key benefits and services covered in the ACA that matter most to women and children and the status of the implementation of the ACA and what women should expect in the coming months.

Bio for our speaker: Letitia Clark George currently serves as the Executive Director for the Orange County Chapter, American Academy of Pediatrics, representing over 500 Pediatricians and advocates at the local and state levels for the health and well being of all children in Orange County. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Public Administration, a Master’s  degree in Public Policy and a certificate in Non-Profit Management.

Letitia is an Orange County native and currently lives in Tustin Ranch with her 6 year old twins. She is a proud baseball and cheer mom.
